All communication with Rhode Island Energy pertaining to this RFP must be submitted via email with the subject-line “Rhode Island OSW RFP” to RIEOSWRFP@pplweb.com, with a copy to CleanEnergyRFP@nationalgrid.com.
Prospective bidders may submit written questions to Rhode Island Energy pertaining to the solicitation. All questions must be submitted via email no later than November 30, 2022. Rhode Island Energy is under no obligation to answer any question submitted after November 30, 2022. Answers to questions will be posted to this website.
RIE is seeking immediate feedback from Bidders or the Company’s proposal to extend the Bid Proposal due date from February 1, 2022 to March 1, 2022, with all subsequent deadlines pushed back by approximately one month to accommodate changes to the NYSERDA OSW RFP due dates. Further, RIE is seeking Bidder opinion on whether explicit terms should be added to the RFP and necessary Appendices to not the ability of a Bidder to withdraw bids should the Bidder’s proposal be selected in another RFP. Please submit all responses by or before close of business Thursday, November 3rd.
