The 2023 RI OSW RFP’s Question and Answer (Q&A) Response #3 has been posted to the Q&A Section of the 2023 RI OSW RFP website. Rhode Island Energy encourages potential bidders to submit written questions to RIEOSWRFP@pplweb.com with the subject line “2023 RI OSW RFP Question Submission.” Rhode Island Energy will make best efforts to respond to written questions received after the deadline provided in Section 3.1 of the RFP, but is not obligated to do so.
