The Bid Submittal Instructions have been posted to the 2023 RI OSW RFP’s Documents page.
Pursuant to Section 3.5 of the 2023 RI OSW RFP, each bid must be uploaded to the designated ShareFile Site. Bidders must request a unique link at least three (3) business days prior to the due date for submission of proposals, which is March 27, 2024 at 12PM Eastern Prevailing Time.
Each submitted proposal must be accompanied by a non-refundable bid fee. Wire transfer instructions will be sent, upon request, to bidders who contact RIEOSWRFP@pplweb.com.
