In response to the 2023 RI Offshore Wind (OSW) RFP, Rhode Island Energy received proposals from four bidders in March 2024. Pursuant to Section 3.4 of the 2023 RI OSW RFP, the public version of each bidder’s proposal has been posted to the Documents page of the 2023 RI OSW RFP website.
Our team continues to evaluate the proposals received and anticipates a Conditional Selection of Bid(s) on Friday, September 6, 2024.
