Rhode Island Energy is announcing today, Thursday November 7th, 2024, that we are extending the contract negotiation schedule with South Coast Wind as part of the 2023 OSW solicitation. The revised schedule will now target a contract execution date of January 15th, 2025, followed by a regulatory filing date of February 25th, 2025. This revised schedule is concurrent with South Coast Wind’s negotiations with our counterparts in Massachusetts.
