Although Rhode Island Energy may respond orally to questions posed at the Bidder’s Conference, only written answers that are provided in response to written questions will be official responses. Any questions or correspondence regarding the 2026 LTCS RFP should be sent to the Official Contact at the following email address: CleanEnergyContracts@pplweb.com with the subject line “2026 LTCS RFP Question Submission”.
Rhode Island Energy will accept written questions pertaining to the 2026 LTCS RFP up to July 31st, 2026. Both the questions and the written responses will be posted on the Rhode Island Energy website (without identifying the person that asked the question).
Rhode Island Energy will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to written questions received after July 31st, 2026, but is not obligated to do so.
